What a wonderful response we have had to our first issue of Quick + Easy Seafood, with lots of positive feedback about how easy the recipes were, and the informative seafood articles, and my cooking class.

In our first Summer edition. there are even more delicious recipes for you to try with our abundant wild harvest, and farmed, Australian seafood. One of the great things about Summer is outdoor eating, including many BBQ meals and cool summer salads shared with family and friends.

This is the season for enjoying both hot and cold seafood. Many Australians now also enjoy a seafood Christmas rather than the traditional baked Christmas meal - so we had to include a fabulous seafood platter. Of course, this can be enjoyed anytime - not just Christmas.
