I am proud to share this, our fifth edition of Quick+Easy Seafood, with all our dedicated readers and seafood cooks. We have decided to not have a ‘Season’ title on our future copies of Quick + Easy. Australia has such a broad range of climates and species that the recipes can be used at any time of the year depending on where you are and the seafood available to you.

I have been asked very often since we began these booklets about many of the ‘Classic’ recipes for seafood so here are some in this issue. They vary from different countries and cuisines and many different seafood species.

As always I believe it is great to add your own touch to a recipe if you feel inclined, so when it comes to a recipe such as Seafood Marinara why not try it with your own combination of seafood and maybe a little more chilli - you’re the cook!
